Effective 1 September 2026
Transfer of the Operating Business
The operating business of ESphere Network GmbH was transferred to Renewtech GmbH (part of the Trill Impact Group) as an asset deal, effective 15 June 2026.
All customer relationships, active orders, supplier contacts, and the entire operational business are now managed by Renewtech. Please direct all operational inquiries to:
Inquiries Regarding ESphere Network GmbH as a Legal Entity
For all inquiries relating to ESphere Network GmbH as a legal entity — in particular:
- outstanding receivables or payables from the period before 15 June 2026
- accounting or tax matters
- contractual claims in either direction (ESphere Network GmbH → third parties, or third parties → ESphere Network GmbH)
- other legal questions concerning the company

Das operative Geschäft der ESphere Network GmbH wurde mit Wirkung zum 15. Juni 2026 im Rahmen einer Asset-Übertragung an die Renewtech GmbH (Teil der Trill Impact Gruppe) übergeben.
Kundenbeziehungen, laufende Aufträge, Lieferantenkontakte und der gesamte operative Geschäftsbetrieb werden ab sofort durch Renewtech fortgeführt. Bitte richten Sie alle operativen Anfragen an:

Für alle Anfragen, die sich auf die ESphere Network GmbH als juristische Person beziehen — insbesondere:
- offene Forderungen oder Verbindlichkeiten aus der Zeit vor dem 15. Juni 2026
- bilanzielle oder steuerliche Angelegenheiten
- vertragliche Ansprüche in beide Richtungen (ESphere Network GmbH → Dritte oder Dritte → ESphere Network GmbH)
